At Zayka Gold, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can request a return or refund in accordance with this policy.

2. Return Window
✔ You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

3. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, accessories, and documentation must be included.
  • You must provide the original invoice or order confirmation.

4. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, ship the item back to us using a tracked courier service.

Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Non-Returnable Items
❌ Items that are personalized or custom-made.
❌ Products that show signs of use or damage by the customer.
❌ Hygiene-sensitive or perishable items if unsealed after delivery.

6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
✔ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
✔ Please allow 7–15 business days for processing after approval.

7. Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and you must use the return process.

8. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
